March 17 vaccination event organized by Township Supervisor Candidate Alyssia Benford
Dupage Township Supervisor Candidate Alyssia Benford organized an onsite COVID-19 vaccination clinic this week.
"I vaccinated 330 senior citizens yesterday here in Bolingbrook," Benford told Union Square Times. "A bunch of my sorority sisters who are nurses came and vaccinated them for me."
Benford said she obtained the doses from Will County and some 11 R.N.s took off from work on St. Patrick's Day to help.
Benford has been a Dupage Township Trustee for three years.
